Please wear loose pants or shorts and short sleeves. 

The Initial visit will take 30 min.   First I will explain the research and go over your history: make sure this is right for you.  Then I will answer any questions you have after you give consent, we begin.

1.   A Longitudinal Arch Angle measurement which consists of taking 2 photos of each foot. 

2.  Three “casts” are done of each foot.

a.   One is an impression in a box of foam, the

b.   second is a 3D image done with an iPhone X,

c.    third is a Photo. 

We will use this data to fabricate your custom arch supports. 

We will then plan your relief sessions.  One knee will take 10-15 minutes to relax whereas full body Fibromyalgia may take hours. 

ALL relaxation sessions are voluntary and completely FREE.  Nothing will be offered for you to buy.  I only want ONE Thing; your honest opinion.  There is nothing to believe in, this is a physical response that will either work or NOT. 

Remember, I am NOT your doctor.  I will NOT run diagnostic tests to diagnose or treat ANY diseases, conditions or deformities.  The custom orthotics will NOT be designed to treat or cure any medical condition.  You may or may not experience pain relief; that is for you to determine and report honestly.

I am doing this FREE.    The orthotics are being supplied by Sole Supports, Inc. in Lyles, TN.  They will retain the casting data to be used ONLY for this study and to duplicate your orthotics should you need them replaced. 

PLEASE.   I openly invite, encourage and prefer observers, including medical professionals, ONLY with prior permission of the study participant.  I will gladly explain and teach ALL of the relaxation techniques to anyone interested, again for FREE.  It may be helpful to have a family member that can repeat the relaxation techniques whenever needed.   I want this technique to become common knowledge so that anyone and everyone can relieve pain for their friends, whenever they want.  It is easy, simple, gentle and even fun.

NOTE:  PAIN Duration and Severity of pain have NO effect on the results.  There is No guarantee of results. 

Expect full privacy.  I will not report your medical information, or results to anyone or any organization.  Any statements, pictures or videos from this study, can be shared or used in scientific publications ONLY if your identity is masked, covered, disguised and protected.  You will be wearing a mask anyway due to the pandemic.

The Vaccine and Mask requirements are for my protection.  I am in several high risk groups for Covid 19 including: Old, fat, Diabetic and I’m rehabbing from recent Heart Attack.  No worries. Life goes on and let’s get you out of pain, if we can.
